You choose your delivery method at checkout. Each product page includes a delivery estimator showing both options and the expected arrival dates for your country.

We deliver to every country in Europe. Delivery times are counted in business days from dispatch and depend on the destination country. Every parcel is tracked with established carriers.

Preparation

Orders are prepared within one business day. Orders placed on Fridays, at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Customs inspections or local postal conditions may occasionally cause delays; we will keep you informed.

VAT and duties

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. For destinations outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway), local import duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

A parcel arrives damaged

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If the packaging or the piece is damaged, contact us within 48 hours at chronixwatchesue@outlook.com with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
