When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are prepared within one business day. Orders placed on Fridays, at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver to every country in Europe. Complimentary delivery takes 7–20 business days; Priority delivery takes 3–7 business days and costs €20. Times depend on the destination country. See Delivery.
Are VAT and import duties included?
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. For destinations outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival.
How do I return or exchange a piece?
Email our order support team within 30 days of delivery and we will send you return instructions. Pieces must be unworn, with protective films and original packaging. One exchange per order is complimentary. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal always applies — see Returns & Withdrawal.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Chronix piece carries a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, including the movement. The 5-Year Extended Warranty upgrade, available on every product, extends this cover to five years. See Warranty & Care.
How do I size my strap?
Speed Watches with steel bracelets are delivered with a strap adjustment tool; links can be removed in minutes. For Premium Straps, select the size engraved on the back of your smartwatch (for example 49mm, 46mm or 45/44mm). Our Size Guide explains how to measure your wrist.
Are Digital Watches supplied complete?
Yes. Every Digital Watches timepiece is supplied complete and fully assembled with its strap, ready to wear. Choose your size — 44, 45, 46 or 49 mm — on the product page.
Which smartwatches do the Premium Straps fit?
Each Premium Strap lists its exact fit — Apple Watch case size, Garmin QuickFit width or Samsung Galaxy Watch model — under Options and Specifications. Please check it before ordering.
Can I swim with my Speed Watch?
Speed Watches are rated 3 ATM (30 metres): they resist splashes, rain and brief immersion, but are not designed for swimming, diving, showers or saunas.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can my piece be gift-wrapped?
Yes. Add the Premium Gift Box upgrade on any product page or in your bag and your piece will be presented in it.
