1. Who we are

This website is operated by Chronix Watches, Niedermattstrasse 8c, (Gebäude 302a Ost), CH-4528 Zuchwil, Switzerland ("Chronix", "we"). Managing director: Franz Weber. Contact: chronixwatchesue@outlook.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through this website for delivery within Europe. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

3. Products and presentation

We make every effort to present our pieces accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Vehicle, marque and character names are used solely to describe the design inspiration of a piece; Chronix is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the respective rights holders. Apple Watch, Garmin and Samsung Galaxy Watch are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Contract formation

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a binding offer. By completing checkout you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch by email, or at the latest when the goods are delivered.

5. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Complimentary delivery is available to every country in Europe; Priority delivery costs €20 and is selected and charged at checkout. Where a reduced price is shown alongside a struck-through price, the struck-through price refers to the lowest price we applied to that product in the 30 days before the reduction, in accordance with Article 6a of Directive 98/6/EC as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161.

6. Payment

Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify using encrypted connections. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered by DHL. Delivery times and options are described on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and may benefit from our voluntary 30-day return policy, both described on the Returns & Withdrawal page, including the model withdrawal form.

9. Legal guarantee and commercial warranty

You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity. In addition, we offer the one-year commercial warranty, extendable to five years, described on the Warranty & Care page.

10. Reviews

Product reviews are displayed as submitted by customers, unedited. Reviews labelled "Verified purchase" were collected by our review partner from customers after a confirmed order of the reviewed model. Where a rating is shared across several models of one line, this is stated next to the rating.

11. Customer support

Support is provided by email for orders already placed. We do not provide sales or personal shopping assistance.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required by law.

14. Language

These terms are available in several languages. In case of doubt, the English version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection law.
