Recipients

• Shopify — online checkout and payment processing.
• Microsoft Outlook — our email service for order support.
• DHL — delivery of your order (name, address, phone, email for notifications).
• Meta Platforms, Google and TikTok — advertising and campaign measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies.
• Our website hosting provider, for the technical operation of this site.

Transfers outside Europe

Meta Platforms and Google may process data in the United States; TikTok may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers take place only if you accept marketing cookies and rely on the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. All other service providers process your data in Europe.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify. We do not receive or store full card details.

Cookies and local storage

On your first visit we ask for your consent before any optional cookie or similar technology is used. Strictly necessary storage (your bag, your language and your cookie choice) is always active. Preference and marketing technologies are used only if you accept them, and you may change your choice at any time via “Cookie Settings” at the foot of every page. Our fonts and all site files are hosted on our own servers. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Language and location

To show this site in your language, we use your browser's language settings and time zone, processed only on your device. If our hosting provider supports it, the country of your connection is used once to choose the language; your IP address is not stored for this purpose.

Retention

Order data is kept for the period required by tax and commercial law (up to ten years). Support correspondence is deleted two years after it is resolved. Advertising cookies are kept for the durations listed in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights
