Returns & Withdrawal

30 days to decide — and your statutory right of withdrawal, always preserved.

30-day returns

If a piece is not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, write to chronixwatchesue@outlook.com with your order number. We will reply with instructions and the return address; parcels sent without prior agreement cannot be processed.

Condition of returned pieces

Unworn and in its original condition, with protective films intact.
Returned with its presentation box, warranty card and accessories.
Straps not cut or adjusted beyond the standard link adjustment.

Personalised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the client, except where a piece is faulty or not as described, in which case we cover them in full.

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer one complimentary exchange per order: we ship the replacement piece at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email and refund the original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the piece or proof of its dispatch. Your bank may take a few additional days to credit the amount.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Chronix Watches, Niedermattstrasse 8c, (Gebäude 302a Ost), CH-4528 Zuchwil, Switzerland, email chronixwatchesue@outlook.com — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
