Wrap. Wrap a soft tape measure — or a strip of paper — around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Snug, never tight.
Mark. Mark the point where the tape or paper meets. With paper, lay it flat afterwards.
Read. Read the length in centimetres against a ruler. For a bracelet, allow 1 to 1.5 cm for comfort.
